Physical Therapy
Move with less pain and more strength.
Rehabilitation for persistent pain, movement limitations and recovery before or after surgery.
Rehabilitation & Chronic Pain
Rebuild strength, mobility and confidence.
Who it helps
- People living with persistent back, neck or joint pain
- Anyone preparing for or recovering from surgery
- People who have lost strength or range of motion
Common concerns
Understand the cause
A thorough assessment and a clear explanation of what's going on.
Pre & post-surgery care
Preparing your body before surgery and guiding each stage of recovery after.
Guided exercise
Progressive exercises that rebuild strength and mobility, with a plan you can follow at home.
Shockwave Therapy
Focused energy to restart healing.
Focused shockwave delivers acoustic pulses into deeper tissue. It may be considered for long-standing tendon pain, plantar fasciitis and other stubborn soft-tissue problems.
What it involves
A handheld applicator is placed over the painful area. Sessions are short, usually a few minutes.
When it's considered
Often when pain has lingered for months and exercise alone hasn't been enough.
What to expect
Mild discomfort during treatment is common. Most plans involve a series of sessions alongside rehab.
EMTT
Magnetic stimulation for tissue recovery.
Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT) uses pulsed magnetic fields that pass through clothing and reach deep into tissue. It's non-invasive and painless.
How it works
Magnetic pulses are thought to stimulate cell activity and help calm inflammation.
Where it fits
Used alongside exercise and, when appropriate, shockwave, as one part of a full rehab plan.
Dry needling & massage
Other hands-on options we may add to release tight, painful muscle.
Adjustments can complement your rehab plan. See Chiropractic Care
Massage with our licensed massage therapist can complement your rehab. See Therapeutic Massage
